Electronic Library

Because the Vieques Public Library was closed, the Navy now maintains the Administrative Record (AR) for Vieques on a computer in the Electronic Library. The AR will be updated regularly to ensure that final documents, correspondence and other information is available to the public.

Certain new documents may be available as paper copies, for 30 days or more, during formal public comment periods.
